Inauguration exhibits America is coming again: Joe Biden
1 min read President-elect Joe Biden says even a scaled-down inauguration with 1000’s of troops and legislation enforcement authorities will give the world “a clear sign that America is coming back.”
Biden mentioned Friday at a digital reception for inauguration donors that he has “complete confidence” in legislation enforcement’s capability to make sure “dignity, peace and security for this event.” He says his personal staff is working carefully with legislation enforcement.
Alluding to President Donald Trump’s rhetoric inciting the revolt on the Capitol final week, Biden mentioned, “What this president has done is sort of a stain on America.”
Biden shall be sworn in at midday Wednesday, two weeks after a mob of pro-Trump supporters stormed the Capitol to attempt to cease Congress from affirming Biden’s election victory. Five folks died, and Trump was impeached once more.
