China blocks transfer to listing LeT deputy chief Abdul Makki as world terrorist

China has placed on “technical hold” the proposal to listing Lashkar-e-Toiba’s (LeT) deputy chief Abdul Rehman Makki as a world terrorist, sources mentioned on Friday. India and the US had collectively proposed to listing Makki on the United Nations.
