According to a press release launched by the Pakistan Hindu Council, CJP Gulzar Ahmad will participate within the Diwali celebration at 3 pm on Monday.The temple is a shrine of a saint, Shri Param Hans Ji Maharaj. It was established within the 12 months 1920.The temple was vandalised by a mob led by an area cleric belonging to the Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl in December final 12 months. The incident happened hours after a rally by Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl which was held close by whereby audio system reportedly delivered fiery speeches which charged the gang that later stormed the temple, set it ablaze and razed it to the bottom.Incidentally, it was CJP Gulzar Ahmad who had ordered the restoration of the shrine.
