Nearly 300 home and worldwide flights on the Manila airport within the Philippines had been both delayed, canceled or diverted, inflicting distress for over 65,000 passengers, the Associated Press reported.

The chaos ensued when the Air Traffic Management Center, which oversees all flights in Philippine airspace, misplaced communication, radio, radar, and web due to the ability outage.
