Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a serious speech on the Ukraine warfare, accused the west of “playing a dirty game” and stated Moscow did the whole lot potential to resolve the “problems of Donbas” by peaceable means.  “Donbass believed in and waited for Russia to come to the rescue.
