Ali Maisam Nazary, Head of Foreign Relations, NRF and spokesperson for Ahmad Massoud mentioned, “Both, Commander Ahmad Massoud and Amrullah Saleh, are very much in Afghanistan. They are in the country. They will never abandon their people. It is a tactical retreat. The Taliban have entered the lion’s den and will suffer the consequences.”Hinting at Pakistan’s position, the NRF spokesperson mentioned, “They [Taliban] have support from across the border.”The spokesperson mentioned, “Supplies are running short, but we are a resilient lot. There is a humanitarian crisis that the international community has turned a blind eye to.
