Chief Minister welcomes Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah : 22nd Meeting of Central Zonal Council held in Raipur

Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah was accorded warm welcome by Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, on his arrival at Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur today morning.
It is noteworthy that 22nd meeting of Central Zonal Council has been organized today in Naya Raipur, under the chairmanship of Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah. In this meeting, Chief Ministers, Ministers of Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh, Chief Secretary and senior department officials were present. It is noteworthy that Central Zonal Council has been constituted as a high-level advisory platform for socio-economic development of the member states in coordination with Central Government and to resolve their inter-state problems. Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Mr. Bhupesh Baghel is the Vice-Chairman of Central Zonal Council, which is why the meeting has been held in Chhattisgarh.
