Should India undertake an ex-ante regulation to rein in Big Tech?

Especially in digital markets, solving problems through statutory legislations may not be feasible, since the process of framing a law is naturally slow in India, and takes 5-6 years from idea to reform to law,” she stated.

This, in keeping with Manjushree, poses concern concerning whether or not the DCA “is an implementable mannequin or not.”
