Aprilia’s powerful scooter will be launched in India, bookings started in 5 thousand

Piaggio India is preparing to launch a new powerful scooter under its Aprilia brand. This scooter has been listed by the company on the website of Aprilia India. According to the report, it will be launched soon but before that the company has started pre-bookings of Aprilia SXR 160. This maxi-style scooter can be booked for 5 thousand rupees from Aprilia’s dealership or website.

This maxi scooter was introduced at the Auto Expo held in February this year. It has been designed in Italy. The listing on the website has revealed that it will be offered in four color options, which will include Glossy Red, Matte Blue, Glossy White and Matte Black Color.

This scooter will get a 160cc single-cylinder, 3-valve, fuel-injected engine. It will get features such as twin LED headlights, daytime running lights, digital instrument console and mobile connectivity options. This maxi scooter will be more comfortable than many standard scooters available in the market.

It will get a long and wide seat, which will be quite comfortable for the rider and the rear sitter. The scooter will also get adjustable rear suspension and disc brakes with ABS. At present, no much information has been revealed about the price of this scooter, but it is estimated that it can be brought at the price of Rs 1.30 lakh ex showroom.
