Youth flees with Police automobile from Dhenkanal Town PS in Odisha

Dhenkanal: In an uncommon incident, a youth who had been detained by Police, fled together with a van of the Police station on Wednesday. The incident occurred in Dhenkanal of Odisha.
As per experiences, whereas patrolling on Tuesday evening, Police discovered a youth roaming suspiciously on the street in Dhenkanal. Police took him to the police station.
The man was recognized as Dharmendra Swain of Hata Bainsia space below Gandia Police limits.
After taking him to the Police station, it was noticed that the youth was mentally unwell. Accordingly, he was freed immediately morning. However, later it was discovered that he fled together with a van of the PS as the driving force had gone to convey ingesting water whereas leaving the important thing of the automobile within the keyhole solely.
Astonished with the bizarre incident, Police personnel alerted different Police Stations. Even personnel of Dhenkanal Town PS chased the automobile in one other Police automobile and apprehended it in Khuntuni PS space.
The man has been detained in Police station and is being interrogated to determine whether or not he’s actually mentally unwell or pretended.
