Vigilance uncovers irregularities in welfare initiatives meant for SCs

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:  During a statewide inspection titled ‘Operation Protector,’ the Vigilance division has uncovered a mess of irregularities in numerous welfare initiatives for Scheduled Caste (SC) people.
