Kanpur: To increase industrial actions within the state, the UP State Industrial Development Authority (UPCIDA) is repeatedly growing the land financial institution. Soon the authority will purchase 871 acres of land in Prayagraj, Barabanki, Mirzapur-Devrikalan, Etah and Rampur. Industrial areas can be developed on these lands. Officials of the Authority stated that UPCIDA is arranging the land to implement the funding proposals obtained within the Global Investors Summit. For this, Gram Sabha lands are being acquired within the districts. In the final 3-5 years, the authority has elevated 20 thousand acres of land within the land financial institution. In this, most land of 1196 acres has been acquired in Pilibhit. Similarly, 1053 acres of land has been taken for establishing an built-in manufacturing cluster in Agra.

The unused lands of the Government of India are being acquired.
