On the orders of Lucknow DM, FIR on 2 land mafia, unlawful possession was executed on land value crores of rupees.

Lucknow Rajdhani Major motion has been taken to clamp down on the land mafia in Lucknow. Mohammed Farhan Bhati and Seth Ahatmad Bashir Bhati, who had taken possession of land value greater than Rs 100 crore, have been booked below sections 419, 420, 447, 120B of the IPC and the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. A case has been registered towards the 2 accused on the orders of DM and VC LDA Abhishek Prakash. The possession of greater than 100 crores of land, behind the Hanuman Setu Mandir, the lease of Nazul land of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) value greater than Rs 100 crores was given to the Cooperative Housing Society. The interval of which led to 2011. After this, the land was vested with the state authorities as a result of expiry of the lease of the land. The accused, who had been charging cash for a few years, have been accused of settling the junkies on that land below felony conspiracy and proceed to gather lease from them each month. This has resulted in lack of income of the state authorities in addition to lack of public property. Due to this, a case has been filed towards him for unlawful incomes of crores of rupees by exhibiting Nazul’s land on lease. .
