After watching the video, he raped his younger sister. When the sister protested and asked to complain to the mother, the accused brother strangulated her to death. People gathered nearby after getting information about the murder. Mother had gone to visit relatives.

On receiving the information she also came to the spot. People informed the police. Police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. In this case, the uncle lodged a complaint with the police against his nephew for rape and murder. The police registered the report of the case and arrested the accused from near the village. A mobile phone has been recovered from him, in which obscene videos have also been found.
