UDF candidate from Kerala’s Nilambur, VV Prakash, passes away three days earlier than outcomes

MALAPPURAM: V V Prakash, the UDF candidate from Nilambur meeting constituency and president of Malappuram District Congress Committee (DCC), handed away early on Thursday. He was 56.

After affected by chest ache at round 2 am on the day, he was instantly shifted to a personal hospital in Manjeri from his residence in Edakkara close to Nilambur.

However, his life couldn’t be saved because of the well being problems created by the center assault, docs stated. He died at round 4.30 am. 

Prakash had earlier undergone an angioplasty after affected by a coronary heart ailment.

Opposition chief Ramesh Chennithala stated he was deeply pained to listen to in regards to the premature demise of Prakash.

“I’m deeply pained as I lost a brother. Prakash was confident of winning from the Nilambur assembly constituency. He left us before hearing the favorable election result for UDF from the constituency. More than a fellow worker, he was like a brother to me,” Ramesh Chennithala stated.

He is survived by spouse Smitha (worker with East Eranad Service Cooperative Bank),  daughters Vandana Prakash (tenth customary) and Nila Prakash (seventh customary).
