As per the custom, the Dola Melan will likely be organized in Cuttack from March 23, 2021.
In the notification issued by Cuttack DCP, all Inspector-in-charge of police stations have been requested to instruct the organisers of Dola Melan to strictly comply with the rules and take acceptable steps to forestall public gathering and to forestall unfold of Covid-19.
