To counter fraud, Bar Council of Kerala to confirm legal professionals’ certificates

KOCHI:  With extra incidents of pros working with faux levels popping out within the open, the Bar Council of Kerala (BCK) has launched an initiative to confirm the certificates of legal professionals practising in numerous courts, together with the High Court. Among the 24,523 certificates despatched for verification to numerous universities within the nation, 21,235 have been discovered to be genuine. Reports on round 3,300 certificates are but to be acquired. 

The remaining certificates can’t be thought-about faux as universities delay the verification course of, BCK chairman Anil Kumar Okay N advised TNIE. “The final date for submitting the certificates expired on June 30. We acquired plenty of certificates on Friday as effectively.
