Principal and lecturer held for assault on college students in Mayurbhanj’s Kuliana

BARIPADA: Police on Wednesday arrested the principal and a lecturer of a personal ITI school in Mayurbhanj’s Kuliana for his or her alleged involvement in attacking college students.
The accused duo was recognized because the principal of the faculty Trilochan Barik and lecturer Satyajit Giri. Sources mentioned the principal’s brother Dibyalochan Barik had allegedly assaulted some college students on Tuesday when the latter demanded to cancel the continued examinations as a result of situation of fallacious admit playing cards.
Following the assault, the scholars staged a sit-in on the collectorate demanding motion in opposition to the accused individuals. Kuliana IIC KC Jain mentioned police registered a case and arrested the accused duo. Efforts are on to nab the principal’s brother who’s on the run.
