CUTTACK: The Orissa High Court has stayed an Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) order for cost of compensation of Rs 2.5 lakh every to 2 individuals ‘wrongfully’ jailed on the cost of killing a boy, who returned residence alive after two years.
