The deceased girl ASI Alisa Narmi Lugun of Uditnagar police station went close to Ring Road alongside along with her group after getting details about a crowd protesting a street accident within the space.

However, Lugun complained of some well being points on the spot, following which she was rushed to a close-by hospital for remedy. But, sadly medical doctors declared her useless.
