Odisha: No Respite From Heat, Titilagarh Sizzles At 42.2 Degree Celsius | OTV News

Bhubaneswar: Heat wave circumstances proceed to prevail throughout the State throwing lives out of substances whilst 14 locations in Odisha recorded temperature above 40 diploma Celsius right now.
According to the Bhubaneswar Regional Meteorological Centre, Titilagarh in Bolangir district emerged hottest within the State with a most temperature of 42.2 diploma. Baripada stood second within the desk with a temperature of 42 diploma adopted by Bolangir (41.5), Sambalpur (41.2) and Jharsuguda (41.2).
The different locations which recorded above 40 diploma temperature are Hirakud (41.1), Angul (41.1), Malkangiri (41), Bhawanipatna (40.8), Bhubaneswar (40.5), Talcher (40.3), Nayagarh (40.3), Cuttack (40) and Balasore (40).
“Maximum temperature (Day temperature) is very likely to rise by 2-3 degree Celsius over the districts of Odisha during next 2 days and no large change thereafter. Also maximum temperature (Day temperature) very likely to be above normal by 2-4 degree Celsius during next 24 hours and by 3-5  degree Celsius thereafter at many places over the districts of Odisha,” IMD Bhubaneswar Director HR Biswas mentioned.
He mentioned Yellow Warning has been issued for 2 districts- Bolangir and Sonepur in view of the prevailing warmth wave circumstances.
