Banerjee is present process therapy on the SSKM Hospital.
Preliminary medical exams performed on Banerjee late on Wednesday night time detected extreme bone accidents in her left ankle and foot, and accidents in her proper shoulder, forearm and neck, medical doctors stated.
“Banerjee is stable now. She will be under observation for the next 48 hours. A CT scan may be conducted during the day. We will again examine her and decide on our next course of treatment. Her fever subsided,” a health care provider of the power stated on Thursday morning.
The state authorities constituted a nine-member group to deal with the Trinamool Congress supremo.
Banerjee is pitted towards her former confidante Suvendu Adhikari, who joined the BJP a while in the past, within the Nandigram seat that may go to ballot on April 1 within the second section.
Soon after the alleged incident, the Election Commission sought a report on the matter from Chief Secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay.
The eight-phased elections to the 294 seats in West Bengal will likely be held between March 27 and April 29. Votes will likely be counted on May 2.
