Murder of former Sarpanch: Six together with minor boy arrested in Odisha

Berhampur: As many as six individuals have been arrested by the police for his or her involvement within the homicide of the previous Sarpanch of Anantei gram panchayat on the outskirt of Berhampur metropolis.
Former Sarpanch of Anantei GP, Pradeep Bisoyi was hacked to demise by the miscreants on Anantei-Berhampur Main street on November 5.
Police began an investigation into the matter after Pradeep’s spouse Gitanjali Bisoyi filed a grievance over the homicide incident at Badabazar Police Station.
