Bhubaneswar: Miscreants looted useful together with gold ornaments price Rs 6 lakh from a authorities quarter in Unit-8 space of Bhubaneswar early this morning.

The miscreants reportedly looted the property by breaking open the bottom door of the home of 1 Basant Senapati. Surprisingly, the robbers looted the home inside quarter-hour when Senapati had gone to drop his baby on the faculty.

Senapati alleged that that is the second time that robbers have looted the home. Miscreants had looted round Rs 15,000 from the home six months again.

“We have been living here for the last five years. However, now we are scared to live here as the house has been looted twice in six months. The looted items include two pairs of gold bangles, three pairs of gold earrings and two gold rings, the worth of which is around Rs 6 lakh,” mentioned Senapati whereas chatting with Kalinga TV.

“If police conducts a proper investigation, the miscreants will be arrested and we will get back our valuables,” he added.

The incident has raised query mark on the aptitude of the Commissionerate Police in checking crimes and sustaining legislation and orders forward of the festive season. The City police had even had introduced that the routine offenders can be arrested and put behind the bars with the intention to regulate crimes throughout the festive season.
