Man throws ink at Odisha Chief Minister’s non-public secretary in Puri

PURI: A person threw ink at Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s non-public secretary V Ok Pandian and Puri District Collector Samarth Verma in Satyabadi space on Saturday, police stated.
