THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A day after a 16-year-old woman died of meals poisoning after consuming Shawarma at a neighborhood eatery in Kasaragod district, the Kerala authorities on Monday mentioned tips will probably be issued to make the Levantine dish secure for consumption.

Health Minister Veena George mentioned instructions have been issued to the Food Safety Commissioner to make sure neat and clear preparation of the dish for the shoppers.
