Kerala Catholic priest sends sleazy video to WhatsApp group of ladies and nuns; face the music

KANNUR: A catholic priest in Kerala has landed in bother after he despatched a sleazy video clipping to a WhatsApp group comprising girls and nuns.

The priest of the Mananthavady diocese despatched the video to the ‘Mathruvedi’ WhatsApp group. Shocked by the contents of the video, members of the group have lodged a grievance with the Bishop.

According to the grievance, father Sebastian Keezheth had despatched the sleazy video clipping to the group which contains housewives and nuns. Vicar of Adakkathode Church, Fr Sebastian can also be the director of Mathruvedi, an organisation of the Church, for the ladies and nuns.

The video was despatched to the group which has greater than 400 girls as its members. Since the grievance had reached the headquarters, the daddy was eliminated by Mananthavady diocese, from official obligations. The Diocese additionally has shaped a three-member committee to analyze the incident. Once the committee conducts enquiry and gives extra proof concerning the priest’s act, extra actions could be taken towards him.

Meanwhile, Fr Sebastian has stated that the video was by chance forwarded to the group.
