THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state cabinet assembly held right here on Wednesday gave sanction to carry a socio-economic survey amongst ahead communities in Kerala to evaluate the monetary and social standing of the households. The Commission for Economically Backward Classes will maintain the survey with the cooperation of the Kudumbshree by profiling 5 economically backward households in every ward in grama panchayats, municipalities and firms within the state. A sum of Rs 75,67,090 has been sanctioned for the survey.
