It is said that the protesters used to do illegal mining in rural outsourcing. GM BC Singh was present in the train which was surrounded by the villagers. He has said that the charge of the villagers is not true. No one has been harmed by the firing.

It is alleged that the firing shot went out by touching the left hand of a woman. Angry people stalled the production and transport of the colliery and sat on the dharna. People are demanding the removal of GM. On the information of the incident, the teams of Nirsa, Galfarbadi, Kumardhubi police, ECL security team and CISF have reached the spot.

Outsourcing has completely turned into a police camp. Villagers said that some women had gone to choose the colliery coal in the morning. During this time GM reached and refused to choose coal. Bodyguard fired on the protest. The villagers said that they will not move away from Kapasara until GM BC Singh is transferred.

GM BC Singh says that on Monday morning he went to Kapasara for outsourcing checking. At the same time, some people surrounded them and attacked the car. A fatal attack was attempted. Air firing had to be defended. No one has been harmed in the firing. The charge made by the villagers is wrong.
