Cuttack: The Orissa High Court on Tuesday quashed the State authorities notification to merge colleges having lower than 20 college students with close by colleges, regardless of distances.
The Court had earlier stayed the federal government resolution to shut over 11,000 colleges having lower than 20 college students.
