‘Guruji’ Manas Das arrested by Khurda Police

Khurda: Manababad Sangathan (Humanitarian Organisation) Chief Manas Das has been arrested by the police on Thursday. He was arrested hours after he was picked up by the police for interrogation.
A particular group of Khurda Police underneath the management of Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) had picked up Manas Das from his Saheed Nagar-based home in Bhubaneswar for interrogation.
‘Guruji’ Manas Das was taken to Khurda Police station for questioning over the allegation and fees leveled towards him. Later, he was arrested.
Manas Das can be produced earlier than the courtroom quickly, mentioned sources.
The arrest of Manas Das was demanded by a number of folks particularly by the residents of Begunia space of Khurda district after a disturbing video of a person and his son have been crushed up mercilessly by a bunch of 5-7 males. It was alleged that the father-son duo was thrashed on the behest of Manas Das.
