Feast After Building Works Leaves 2 Dead, Over 15 Ill In Odisha

Dhenkanal: At least two individuals died whereas over 15 took sick after partaking throughout a feast held to mark the topping-out ceremony of a home. The surprising incident was reported from Bedhapal village beneath Kamakhyanagar police limits in Dhenkanal on Thursday.
Several labourers working on the development website had consumed meals through the feast and most of them reportedly complained of uneasiness, vomiting and diarrhoea after having the meal.
All of them have been rushed to Dhenkanal Hospital whereas a few of them being shifted to Cuttack SCB after their well being situation deteriorated.
Today, one of many labourers present process therapy at Dhenkanal handed away whereas one other one was declared lifeless at Cuttack SCB.
However, police or hospital authorities are but to verify the explanation behind the incident.
