Farmer Killed Odisha; Elephant Tramples Him In The Fields In Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: A farmer was killed in an elephant assault in Kaish village underneath the Dhenkanal Sadar vary.
The deceased has been recognized as Ramesh Sahu. He was guarding the vegetable crop when he was attacked by an elephant late at evening.
Since Ramesh Sahu is a poor farmer, the villagers have demanded quick compensation from the forest division. Villagers have been protesting for a while within the village of Gahamkhunti.
The villagers demanded that the elephant be tranquilized and brought away instantly.
Forest officers arrived on the scene early this morning to analyze.
