Electoral malpractices in Kerala postal voting, alleges Opposition chief Chennithala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition Leader Ramesh Chennithala on Friday alleged that there have been widespread malpractices within the technique of casting postal votes by electors within the important service class and authorities officers.
