BHUBANESWAR: Senior BJP chief and Dhamnagar MLA Bishnu Charan Sethi handed away on Monday morning whereas present process therapy in AIIMS Bhubaneswar. He was 62.
The two-time legislator, a resident of Mangarajpur village beneath Tihidi block of Bhadrak district, affected by persistent renal issues was hospitalised within the second week of August after a mind stroke.
