COVID-19: Don’t insist prisoners out on parole to give up, says Supreme Court to Kerala

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Friday requested the Kerala authorities to not insist on the give up of prisoners already out on interim bail or parole within the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

A bench comprising Justices L Nageswara Rao and B R Gavai, nevertheless, stated it was not inclined to launch extra prisoners on the bottom of COVID-19 from the prisons.
