Covid-19 Curbs On Good Friday Celebrations: BMC Issues Fresh Guidelines

Bhubaneswar: Amidst surge in Covid-19 instances in Odisha, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Thursday issued recent tips for Good Friday to be celebrated tomorrow.
Earlier, the State authorities had stipulated restrictions on celebration of all types of spiritual festivals and features.
The stipulations/restrictions talked about within the official notification might be relevant absolutely throughout the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) limits.
Here are the restrictions issued by BMC:
Any form of congregations for celebration of Good Friday in Public isn’t allowed inside BMC space.
However, common non secular rituals for celebration of Good Friday in Church are allowed with a most variety of 50 members at one level of time. However, the ceiling of fifty members is topic to adherence of social distancing and protocol of six ft amongst two individuals.
