Senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi will inaugurate the event. This is Sonia Gandhi’s first visit to Chhattisgarh after the Jhiram attack about 6 years ago. Then there was a BJP government in the state, Congress leaders were killed by Naxalites in Bastar’s Darbha.
