More than 56 bulk liters of Goa liquor seized towards unlawful liquor

On the directions of Collector Rajat Bansal, the Excise Department is constantly patrolling and taking motion in several areas. During the patrol on seventh October 2022 by the Excise Department workforce, within the motion taken by the Excise Department workforce in village Dhabadih of Balodabazar space, 150 nos of Madhya Pradesh made Goa liquor pav (27 Bl) has been confiscated. Along with this, accused Sulabh Dhruv father Baishakhu Dhruv, aged 45 years, resident of Dhabadih police station Balodabazar and equally throughout patrolling on October 8, 2022, within the motion taken by the workforce of Excise Department in village Chorha Navagaon of circle Simga space, 165 nos of Madhya Pradesh made Goa liquor pav ( Under part 34(1)(a),34(2),59(a),36 of the Excise Act 1915 towards the accused Raju Lal’s father Shivcharan Gidhode, age 45, resident of Choraha Navagaon police station, Simga, seized 29.7 Bl. Case was registered and despatched to jail. Assistant District Excise Officer Dr. Sameer Mishra, Excise Sub-Inspector, Sukant Pandey, Jalesh Singh, Vipin Pathak, Excise Chief Constable, Suryakant Verma, Radhagiri Goswami, Deviprasad Tiwari, Municipal Soldier Tameshwar Dhruv, Vishwanath Jaiswal performed an necessary position within the above motion.
