Covid-19: 2017 new infected in Chhattisgarh in 24 hours, 15 dead

Raipur. Coronavirus update: Coronavirus infection is spreading rapidly in Chhattisgarh. A total of 2017 new cases have been reported in the state during the last 24 hours, while a total of 15 infected people died in a day. The total number of corona-infected patients in the state now stands at 47280. Of these, 22177 people have been discharged from hospital after treatment, while 24708 patients are currently undergoing treatment at various Kovid hospitals in the state. Let us tell that a total of 395 people have died due to Corona virus infection so far in the state.

979 patients discharged from hospital

This is the second time in the state in September, when most corona patients have recovered. On Monday, 979 patients were discharged. 654 in Raipur district, 197 in Durg, 190 in Rajnandgaon, 173 in Bilaspur, 110 in Janjgir Champa, 82 in Raigad, 72 in Korba, 48 in Sarguja, 46 in Surajpur, 44 in Sukma, 43 in Dhamtari, 40 in Balodabazar, 39 in Balod, 36 in Korea, 36 in Bijapur, 35 in Mahasamund, 33 in Gariaband, 27 in Balrampur, 19 in Mungeli, 17 in Kanker, 15 in Kabirdham, 15 in Narayanpur, 10 in Dantewada, 9 in Bastar, Kondagaon. 9, 7 patients have been found in Jashpur, 3 in Bemetra and 2 in Pendra-Marwahi-Gorela district. Apart from this, 6 patients are from other states.

The office was closed by September 13 after the SEMWAR received six employees of the Electricity Regulatory Commission positive. The health department said that of the 979 infected till 8 pm on Monday, the maximum number of patients including 403 of Raipur, 50-50 of Raigad and Korba and other districts are included. Health Department said that 6 people died due to infection in Raipur district, including Joint Secretary, Finance Department employee posted in Agriculture Department of the Ministry. So far more than 100 infected have been found in the ministry. Most of them are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
