Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Dec 06 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on the encounter of all four accused in rape and murder of veterinary doctor in Telangana said ‘Justice has been delivered’. “When a criminal tries to escape, police are left with no other option, it can be said that justice has been done,” said CM Baghel.
