On Sunday, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel reviewed the field plan by reviewing the state police and the Central Force before starting operations against Naxalites after the rains. Baghel said that the operation should be carried out in such a way that the force has the least casualty. He asked the state police officers to keep pace with the neighboring state and central forces. Also strengthen the intelligence input. Explain that Naxalite incidents have increased in the areas of Bijapur and Sukma. Especially there have been many incidents of killing people by setting up mass courts. During the meeting, Minister Kawasi Lakhma and big leaders of that area gave detailed information about these incidents. CM, security in Naxalite affected districts of the state Along with law and order, the development works and implementation of public welfare schemes were also reviewed. Apart from this, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel told the State Director General of Police and the CRPF IG that the battalion has been given by the Center to the state, to follow up with the Home Minister continuously. CM Baghel had also sent a letter to Shah in this regard recently. The CM also took information from police officers regarding the public protest in the camp area of these battalions. Villagers are opposing the camp area.

It is difficult to get central force at present
. It is difficult to see the deployment of 7 battalions sanctioned for Chhattisgarh in view of the Bihar bye and 65th by-elections to be held next month. The Center would like to postpone it for a few more days. A total of 47 central battalions are currently deployed in the state.
