Bhubaneswar Mother-daughter assault: Accused Detained

Bhubaneswar: In the case of the mother-daughter assault in Bhubaneswar, the Commissionerate police has detained the alleged accused on Wednesday. 
The mentioned accused has been recognized as Rupesh Panda. The accused was detained a after he was discharged from hospital. He is being interrogated by police. 
It is noteworthy that, the woman-daughter duo had been allegedly attacked on Nov 1 (Monday) with a knife in broad daylight afternoon in Sailashree Vihar space below Chandrasekharpur police limits in Bhubaneswar.
Reportedly, the accused youth resides within the neighborhood and was disguised as a girl whereas coming into the home of the victims.
From the preliminary investigation, it’s being suspected that the assault is because of a quarrel between two households.
The attacker has additionally sustained accidents within the assault, added experiences.
On getting the data, Chandrasekharpur Police have reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the matter.
