Archana Nag sextortion racket: ED attaches bungalow price 3.64cr

ED had recorded an ECIR for taking over investigation underneath the provisions of PMLA, 2002 towards the woman blackmailer Archana Nag.

Bhubaneswar: Enforcement Directorate has connected an opulent House of the prime accused Archana Nag price Rs. 3.64 Crore in reference to ongoing Money Laundering investigation into the high-profile sextortion racket being run in and across the metropolis of Bhubaneswar.

Earlier, the ED has seized two excessive finish automobiles price Rs 56.5 Lakhs u/s 17 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

ED had recorded an ECIR for taking over investigation underneath the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA, 2002) towards the woman blackmailer Archana Nag, her husband Jagabandhu Chand, Shradhanjali Behera, and Khageswar Patra on the premise of two separate FIRs registered by Bhubaneshwar Police.

Contents of each these FIRs revealed that the woman blackmailer Archana Nag, her husband Jagabandhu Chand, with the help of one Shradhanjali Behera and Khageswar Patra have generated properties price Crores of rupees.

The cash has been obtained by way of extortion by the use of honey-trapping excessive profile and wealthy folks and secretly making their movies and threatening and blackmailing them for lodging false police instances towards them and making viral their movies in social media.
