60-year-old man out for a morning stroll killed by wild elephant in Palakkad’s Dhoni

PALAKKAD: A 60-year-old man was killed by a wild elephant when he went for a stroll in Palakkad’s Dhoni village on Friday.

Sivaraman, a local of Dhoni, had gone as ordinary for a stroll together with seven others at round 5.30 am. On seeing the elephant, all of the eight individuals ran helter-skelter. Sivaraman entered the paddy fields and the elephant chased him and stamped him to dying, in keeping with eye-witnesses.
