BCCI president Sourav Ganguly congratulated just-retired Harbhajan Singh on an excellent profession, saying the one facet of the veteran off-spinner that impressed him probably the most was his “hunger to perform”.

A fierce competitor, Harbhajan ended his glittering profession because the fourth-highest wicket-taker from India in Tests with 417 wickets and fifth amongst Indian bowlers in ODIs with 269 scalps.
