Former Pakistan spinner Danish Kaneria heaped reward on Axar Patel after the latter performed a match-winning knock towards West Indies on Sunday, July 24 on the Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain, Trinidad. The left-handed batter helped India register the third-highest run-chase within the West Indies.

On the again of Axar’s knock, India gained the match by two wickets and took an unassailable 2-0 lead within the three-match collection. Axar stayed unbeaten on 64 off 35 balls with three fours and 5 sixes. He got here to bat at No.7 when India wanted round 100 runs in round 11 overs.
