By India Today Web Desk: Arsenal supervisor Mikel Arteta has mentioned that his workforce confirmed a variety of composure and actual high quality of their win over London-rivals West Ham United. The Gunners beat the Hammers 3-1 to stay atop the Premier League desk.

Speaking after the sport, Arteta mentioned he was actually pleased with the efficiency and the consequence in opposition to West Ham.

“Really happy with the performance, first of all, and then the result. The context of the game was that they were a goal up after that situation, a every single situation that they had a second of an open space where the referee decided to award a pen (penalty). And then it’s about where you see the reaction of this crowd, generating a belief and just giving a lot of energy to the team,” mentioned Arteta.

Speaking about goal-scorer Eddie Nketiah, Arteta mentioned his efficiency was actually good in opposition to West Ham, insisting that he’s a really assured boy.

“He’s a really confident boy, but hopefully it (the goal) can give him, if he had any doubts, more confidence about what he’s capable of doing. I think his performance was really, really good. And on top of that, he scored a great goal,” mentioned Arteta.

The former Arsenal and Everton midfielder mentioned his goal is to give attention to their performances and never fear about what the opponent is doing.

“We cannot control what the opponents are going to do, how good they are going to become or how many points they’re going to earn or drop. So we have to focus on our performance, on what we do every day and what has brought us here, which is not a coincidence. So we just need to keep doing what we are doing,” Arteta added.

Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Eddie Nketiah scored as Arsenal beat West Ham 3-1 on the Emirates Stadium.
