By India Today Web Desk: Pakistan skipper Babar Azam delivered a motivational speech contained in the dressing room after his group misplaced to Rohit Sharma’s India within the T20 World Cup Super 12 match on Sunday, October 23 on the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground.

After being put in to bat first, Pakistan scored 159, after which the match went proper all the way down to the wire. In the top, India scored 16 runs off the final over and received the match off the ultimate ball.

Babar, who didn’t open his account on the MCG, clearly stated that one should not play any form of blame-game after the defeat. The 28-year-old requested his teammates to give attention to the upcoming matches and never get slowed down.

“Brothers, it was a good match. We put in the effort like always. We put in the effort, but some mistakes happened. But from those mistakes, we have to learn, we shouldn’t fall. The tournament has just started, we have lots of matches left, remember that,” Babar was quoted as saying in the dressing room.

“Nobody ought to fall. In the top, I’d say, we didn’t lose due to one particular person. We all misplaced as a group. Nobody ought to level fingers at one particular person, this could not occur, not on this group,” he stated.

“As a group we’ve misplaced, as a group we are going to win. We have to stay collectively, do not forget that. We have had good performances as effectively, so take a look at these additionally. The small errors that had been made, we have to work on these as a group,” Babar added.
