UP Police books 7 folks for elevating pro-Pakistan slogans after India misplaced T20 World Cup match

Uttar Pradesh Police on Wednesday booked 7 folks in 5 districts for elevating pro-Pakistan slogans after Indian cricket group misplaced to Pakistan on Sunday, October 24, 2021 within the T20 World Cup match.

3 individuals are booked in Agra and three in Bareilly and 1 in Lucknow. 3 are arrested in Agra on allegations of elevating pro-Pakistan slogans after India misplaced to Pakistan and elevating anti-India slogans. One in Bareilly is accused of placing up a pro-Pakistan standing on his WhatsApp and indulging in abusive behaviour and giving threats. Another from Bareilly is accused of utilizing abuses towards the Indian cricket group and praising Pakistan group in his WhatsApp standing. Third individual from Bareilly is accused of placing up Pakistan flag as his Facebook cowl image and posted different pro-Pakistan messages on the social media large. One from Lucknow is arrested for placing pro-Pakistan standing on WhatsApp.
